F*** you.
Oh, I mean--great! Congratulations. (B*stard...)
I am probably giving up on the fax as well.
This whole thing sucks. Especially considering I work downtown Chicago, and can pretty much see US Soccer out my window...

Still trying to fax. I got through once, only to have the fax not pick up.
Sigh.

Has anyone successfully completed a fax send?
I've tried going on 30 tries now, and always busy!

Well why don't you just put on your mailman outfit and drop it off there.

Always busy and now it says the number is out of service. Way to be USSF :(

what a joke. Why setup a fax line if it is going to be used this way? Just do mail only or email. A waste of time and busy/no response prinouts.

Is this USSF's way of telling us that the very limited supply of tickets is already gone? This blows

Sorry if this has been addressed already, but what exactly is the USSF refund policy if we buy tickets for all the "conditional" matches all the way through the final & the US does make it out of the group? (Not that this would actually happen).

full refund minus 5 euros handling and 10 euros convenience, methinks

They will charge you for them, and then give you a refund (minus a service charge of 10 euros or something like that) for any matches that the US doesn't play in.

Isn't that charge per ticket? That could really add up if you order all possible tickets all the way to the finals. 75 euros per person if the US doesn't advance. Nice little fee for the USSF. Maybe they can use it to buy a second fax.

Would love to help you, but we have two nephews we ALREADY promised the trip to--months ago--and still no tickets, thanks to USSF. Keep on faxing . . . keep on faxing . . .

My problem is not the faxing... I mailed my order. The problem is we are four.... my nephew would be the fifth!

I'd tell him that he's sh_t out of luck. I assume that he knew about the time constraints and competition you are up against. Regardless, he needed to tell you something sooner.

Give him a break... he's 16.
Besides, this is stupid!! What happens to a family of 5? X-(

They have to set some arbitrary limit. Four is a good even number. Perhaps you could have divided your order into two with your brother and nephew on one and you and your kids in the other. Hindsight I guess.
