Who will win the MLS Cup this year?

Due to the lack of justice in all things MLS, the LA Galaxy. (Unless Landon goes to Scotland.)

Obviously, I'm not objective but considering how Landon plays when "it's on the line" & that Cobi is playing like he's 25 instead of 35, I don't see us being denied our 2nd MLS Cup title!!!

I do hope it's a "competitive & exciting" battle & shows MLS in a positive light!!

GO, GALAXY!!!!

NE has a far more balenced team that can play better D and still score goals. LA played in the weak west where not one side could have advanced in the East playoffs. DCU, the Fire and NE are all better then LA. NE wins 4-1

B i t t e r.....Still holding on to the west is weak arguments. I guess the way San Jose punked NE at the end of the season doesn't count. The playoffs is a different animal, proof are the homosexuals from L.A.. I do hope the East keeps the cup though, because I do not want to hear the Gals get another star.

NE 3
LA 0 (Lady Donfa.gg pulls a dissapearing act)

I didn't see anything all year to suggest that the West was equal to the East in terms of strength. That and I am biased towards the East. :)

If you are going strickly off of points, then San Jose would have had the #1 seed in the East as well as the West. I do agree that NE is more balanced and consistant, but I'll go with my heart and say that LAG will win.

Yeah SJ would have been the top seed, but again the numbers don't tell the whole story. With 2 expansion teams the top sides in the West got their numbers padded a bit.

I just think NE will be able to get the win, also one stat the keeps coming back to me is Twellman and how all his goals came from the run of play and not the PK spot.

Wonder if AEG have already paid a Galaxian ref. squad for this? Or made the Rev's management an offer they can't refuse??

Neutral spectator here from Scotland and i was rather hoping to see it a Chicago v Colorado final so i could see Donavon, Noonan etc in Scotland for the match as i will be there.

I just hope we see a good final with both teams putting in a good performance and the best side winning it.

Would hate for a bad refereeing decision to ruin what has the potential to be a great game.

I am a betting man so with good odds for LA to win the game i will certainly be on them.

Welcome to our neck of football!!! Hope you become a fan of the Galaxy but not nececery as long as you don't go tp the darkside (Quakes = smufrs). I also believe that LA is gonna win because of Landon. He has shown he is clutch when it counts. In ALL levels of the game!! Twellman has not.
