Desperately need ride to USA match

Hi guys,

I live in Birmingham (and I'm a Yank...I know...2 strikes against me already). I'm trying to make my way up to Glasgow for the USA/Sco match but Virgin and Flybe are screwing me over on any fares on train or plane.

Question is, is there anyone from Brum or West Midlands driving up for the day that has a spare seat in the car? Cash and/or beer will be offered in return.

I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give.

Try Megabus (http://www.megabus.com/) you will have to go to London and then to Glasgow. But it's very very cheap.

I may just do that in February. I'm going to try and go to Rangers-Celtic at Ibrox.... think I'll manage a ticket?

The only round trip airfare I can find for cheap is Madrid to London for maybe 70 euros, or Barcelona to Glasgow for 100 euros... but its 50 euros from Madrid to Barcelona :(
