So, is that the new collective name for us DCU freaks? I've seen it in avatars and team preferences; hell, I even put it in mine. It seems to be an apt name; we've dominated the league from jumpstreet and everyone hates us for it. :D

I guess the Yankees connotation makes sense: DC has the more trophies than anyone, as do the Yankees. The Yankees can only beat the Tigers, Mets, Devil Rays, A's, Orioles, and Rangers with regularity, whereas United can only beat Columbus and the Metros just by showing up.

To be honest, I did feel more like Rick Moranis than Hayden Christensen or David Prowse on Sunday; that helmet is like a friggin' cranial sauna. :D So it's settled; we are the Evil Empire. The question remains, though: in compliance with the Sith "rule of two", who's my second?

We're hanging in there - I'm just VERY thankful to have come home when I did. I don't think I'll be making it up that way in the near future - I'm shooting for opening game, if things with the family will allow. But, I will be able to go shoot preseason, so that will be a blast!

Oh, and look for the off-season stuff that I'll be doing for matchnight. I think one of the features should be very interesting to DCU fans. :D
