Sorry but i'ma have to join in. Wish Fuerth the best of luck, I would love it if Mainz or Freiburg(yeah, that's right, I said it...;) ) could steal Hoffenheim's spot.

I just really don't want to see this team in the first division, at least not for another year.

I want to see Offenbach go down. Don't like them.

I want to see Osnabrück stay up.

Hoffenheim - only because of the discussion with Keith on Jena/Hoffy - I want Hoffy to get promoted. Unless Keith says "You are correct and Master of the Universe, even if Hoffy doesn't go up" ;)

Just kidding Keith, they have to go up for me to get the big prize (I think you get to buy me a beer when I get to Germany next. Your prize, you get to buy me a beer when I get to Germany next.)

:)

C'mon, dear Fürth players ... you can become national heroes on Sunday! :-)

Should be motivation enough.

i'd like to see offenbach stay up, mostly because of their cult keeper cesar thier

I think koln are going to surprise a lot of people by not rolling over and sending lautern down.

All you haters!

Demba Ba. 77th minute 3-0 Hoffenheim.

They will be in the 1. Liga next season barring a Fuerth miracle!!

You might not like it, but you'd better f#cking get used to it!!!

Amazing story.

Hoffenheim's rise, not the beer.

It will be a pleasure to buy you that beer Eddie! :D

Although I don't exactly remember any bet! (wink)

They just interviewed Hopp on Premiere. The man was hoarse.

Well it really wasn't a "bet" per say - but I was right on both counts, so I get the beer ;)

Of course having to fly over to Munich won't be cheap. I think I"m going to stay at Lowen's place.

"Both" counts?? Dude, if you mean that Jena thing, I said they would make a run and they did. You even admitted that. I never said they would save themselves.

And when did I ever say Hoffenheim wouldn't be promoted? I said it wasn't a foregone conclusion back when you said it was and it wasn't.

So actually, you were only "right" on one count. Hoffenheim took it down to the final day. ;)

That's just 45 minutes north. A beer or two or three will be a certainty. ;)

You were right - they did make a run, but I was more right in saying they would get relegated. Semantics really ;)

What get's me to break my arm patting my back is that I said it probably 7-10 weeks ago, heck maybe earlier.

;)

Brews - I really need to get to Germany and soon.

As if that was hard to tell seven to ten weeks ago? But what you ignore is that since you said that, Jena did make a run and as I recall, Hoffy fell out of the top three once or twice too.

You declared it OVER back then. There were still some twists.

Not worth arguing about. I'll get the beer because I like you. This will never be agreed upon.

I f*cking like it because they may have money but they know how to invest and moreover they are a modern club with concept that will do good for the league. I'd take them anyday over clubs like Duisburg

Beer.

YUM!!!

Jena did make the run, and if Simak hadn't gotten hurt - maybe they survive. That was right on your part.

So what might be better is you buy me two beers, and I buy you one beer.

Who's buying the pretzels?

That's exactly it. Who wants the Duisberg's?

If tipping the Bundesliga drops next season -

Cottbus has to be below the promotion boys.

I wonder how much you'd have enjoyed that beer if Mainz didn't give away that home game to Aachen 2 weeks ago...:p

I don't like this club, but I also don't have a problem to congratulate on today's promotion to the 1 Bundesliga!

The game was closer than the result may sound (Fürth could also have taken the lead or scored the 1:1), it got decided by a very doubtful pk after 69 minutes (2:0).

Yeah, the Bundesliga really needs more Ho€€enheims & Hopps.

Damn, I'm really curious of that cooperation with Bayern...

Duisburg is a club with a lot of tradition at least!
