Who would be the best pick for the new manager of Hearts?

Ranieri
Robson
Scala
Matthaus

My vote is w/ Ranieri.

Claudio Ranieri would be best I think. Bobby Robson who do a great job too IMO.

No way is Ranieri going back into the same predicment that he had at Chelesa. Sir Bobby is horrific and the game has passed him by and its just time to enjoy retiremnet. So that leaves Scala and Matthaus but will either one of them like being puppets to the puppet master? How about Brian Kerr or Souness ;)

Matthaus has been a success at every club/nation he has coached, get him in now...

Hearts new gaffer? I don't understand it really maybee he is just using Hearts as a spring board because I can't see him staying very long.

Claudio Ranieri has priced himself out of a move to Hearts. I understand the former Chelsea boss failed to impress Vladimir Romanov at his interview on Thursday - then stunned the Lithuanian by asking for a basic annual salary of £1.8million. Contrary to reports - the club has not yet spoken to Ottmar Hitzfeld, but are keen to do so - while former Dutch assistant boss Wim van Hanegem is also set for talks next week... :(
