Yep, that's what mine was...and I bought it in August 004 as well....spoooooky.
Mine is an 1150. 1100, 1200, and a couple models that start with 9 all have the same board too. with mine, the ac adapter quit working. At first I just thought it was the cord, so I bought a new one. That actually worked for about a month before the problem started happening again. So I took it in, and the problem was the motherboard. Others with motherboard probs, reported the computer randomly switching off especially if you pressed down in the center or something like that. Apparently, there is some sort of design flaw with the board.

Mine's a 5150 (PARTY!), and I'm thinking it's the hard drive. I'm going to call Dell tonight when I get out of here, which won't be for a while.
