I didn't meet that many ArsenalAmerica people, i just hung out with folks from the board. It was really cool meeting everybody though. Its amazing that you can get to know people so well from the internet, then when you meet them in person they are exactly the same as they are online.
It was great to finally "meet" a lot of you guys. And you are right Anti-it is nice to know that we are just the same as online! :D

I think that for most of us, we're more of ourselves here than anywhere else.

I don't know, Mike. Would you say the 'in-person' version of GP is the same as 'OT' GP? :D

I'd think so. Both are pretty chilled-out entertainers. What about me?

i'd like to not think so...I consider myself a pretty easy going, positive person. Just don't talk trash about: Arsenal, Phish, or Jack Bauer and we are cool.

I'll have to take a look. I found the DC show I went to on 10/8, which is actually a really good recording. I'm just wondering when I'll be able to use my laptop again, if ever. :(

(I mean, I can't really torrent on my work laptop)

By the way-the Arsenal America banner is very impressive in person! We had a photo taken by the AFC photographer while on the tour Friday! Very cool. :D

I can burn it for you.

the show I am talking about is a special show. Paul, performing for 60 people in Abbey Road Studio...talking about/playing songs spanning his entire career, using historical instraments (the bass from 'Heartbreak Hotel' for ex). As a beatles phan, it is a must. I can also send you a copy of that if you prefer since your cpu is on the fritz.

Whenever I hear this or see it in print, all I can think of is Ricky Gervais... god why did that show only go for two seasons!!!!

Very cool Steph, hopefully we'll see it online or in a program soon.

Oh, and Bready, I've got the 10/8 show burned, but would love that Abbey Road show you're talking about.
