Maybe now we can stop hearing about how Marcus Vick is already better than Michael. The Vandy-Florida game is great, at least.

caramba!

with ucla down 45-7, i find myself wondering if any team has ever dropped from #7 to out of the national rankings in one week

Yeah...I haven't seen a ranked team get pasted like that in a long time (Michigan losing at home to the Ricky Foggie-led Gophers in '85 comes to mind). And I've never heard of that happening in the State of Arizona! I don't want to drag out the "over-rated" chant but what the heck was that???!!!

yoss: I have found a torrent of the Wilco asheville show. let me know if you want it...I can send you a link or download/burn/send to you.

If you could burn it that would be incredibly cool.

Sorry about your Hokies. I was just kidding with you about the next Auburn thing...although like you said there would've been no shame in that. Regardless, I know how you feel. Our loss to Florida last week put me into more of a funk than I thought it would for a few days.

Will do, Yoss. the Hokies did not show up yesterday *shakes head* - Miami outplayed VT in every category. However, not for one second am I terribly upset as I did not expect us last season to win the ACC (which we did) as well as our future looks bright (Ore will be a good one and hopefully Marcus will do the right thing and stay another season). Besides, the Arsenal won yesterday  and we all know that is the most important thing ;)

TODAY: LETS GO SKINS!!!

What's up Ash? It was good meeting you in London. It's kinda weird how we're all back in front of our computers again, when a week ago we were at the Sp*rz game.

Anybody see this story? (http://www.tampabays10.com/sports/sports_article.aspx?storyid=20844)

Two NFL cheerleaders arrested at Tampa bar

Tampa, Florida – Two Carolina Panther cheerleaders spent the night in jail after a rough night in Channelside. The Panthers were in town to play the Bucs Sunday afternoon.

Witnesses say Angela Keathley and Renee Thomas were engaged in some type of sexual activity inside a bathroom stall at Banana Joe's around 2:20 am Sunday. Another woman waiting to use the bathroom got into an argument with the pair.

Police say Thomas punched the woman in the face. When Thomas was arrested, she gave police the name of another Panthers cheerleader

Classy, huh?

He was good, and what a perfect name for Notre Dame.
