Rumours on the beeb site are that Foley, an under 21 Irish international, has signed a pre contract agreement with the Hammers. Currently at Luton, he has been getting rave reviews and looked good at uder 21 level.

Very astute move if it's true. Lots of chat on the Luton boards about it. Tough tackling and fast, he is also a good crosser of the ball and sounds a Pardew type of player. Tony. :)

I think his name is Kevin T, but I don't know where I got that from. It just sort of sticks in my mind. He's a Luton born lad tho'
