I wonder if Bruce will take many US-based players or go with all Euros. Could be a great opportunity (a la the last three qualifiers) to scout young European-based talent. Mmmmm . . . Simek . . . Pearce . . . Karby . . .

Wouldn't be ESPN or ABC because of college football. Unless FSC steps up, there isn't likely to be any.

Wouldn't be ESPN or ABC because of college football. Unless FSC steps up, there isn't likely to be any.
We are so lucky the World Cup is played in early summer when there's no college football or we would have to depend on Spanish language TV to get coverage here... ;)

Agreed. Slaughter was prob a bit much. But I dont want a last gasp winner inthe 91st minute or something. I would like our players to clearly prove themselves better over 90 minutes.

you're right ... scotland is better than northern ireland and england lost to them :D .
seriously though, i hope we dont bring a makeshift team like we did into costa rica ...

too bad rossi plays for italy...
too bad he doesn't ... and wasn't even called up to the italy u-19 team. he's uncapped in the senior international level. If he can play here, i hope Bruce makes a phone call.

Please end all discussion regarding Rossi. There is a thread in the USA men's N+A regarding him and post there if you want. No one wants to hear it in here.
