So yea, I recently moved in with my lady friend, we've been going out for 2 years. The move was mostly for financial reasons (obviously I didn't tell her that) because she is working and I'm in school, doing a PhD. Up until this pointshe never said much about my crack addicition, but she blew up at me on Saturday.
She asked me to go with her to see her parents on Monday, they are flying into the airport here for a couple hours in transfer and I haven't met them yet. Apparently I told her yes a couple weeks ago. Anyways, I get some more crack tomorrow and I'm smoking it all day so I said no. Maybe if it was some shite weed I would've said yes, but I don't miss fresh crack for anything. So she goes "Who do you love more--me or crack?"...my answer "well crack has been apart of my life for a lot longer!" (bad thing to say I admit)....Then she flips right out and threw a fucvking candle at me and stormed out! Eventually she came back calmed down and said she was tired of the fact that my life evolves around crack and that I never go out with her on Friday's (we're young) but hey, I need to hit the hay early Friday nights, the crack smoking starts at 8:30am over here on Saturdays, I can't have a hangover.
So yea, maybe I might have to reconsider tomorrow about the crack smoking. But moving in with this broad has been a major hassle so far. Obviously I see the need to make some changes in my life, but I'm not marrying any lady that doesn't let me smoke crack. I think I need to grow up.
Any experiences with anything like this?
