Eddie did you really get an iPod as in your sig
Yeah, working on getting another one now for my fiance. She got all mad when I took the one I got so I have to make amends. No one's happy unless Mom's happy, you know? Though, she's not Mom so that really shouldn't apply. But she is a woman, and that's enough said. (Apologies to all women...I love you all.)

When it says complete the offer, is it just some clicks of the button or do you actually have to go to a store and use them

Just fufill one of their offers. I did the Blockbusters online one the first time. Cost like $12 the first month but I rented like 6 movies. I did the Credit Counseling one this time and cancelled it before the month was over (and before the charge you) so it cost nothing.

So all you did was fulfill an offer? You didnt need to get 5 people to fulfull the same offer?

Of course, I figured it went without saying...hence the sig! :p
They have to fufill any of around 10-15 offers. I've had 2 people I don't know from BigSoccer do it already. I need 2 more people now.

Those are good, but we've done "How To Dismantle An Atomic Nude" and "(Nude) In The Name Of Love", so it may be a while before we get back to U2.

Apple said before the lawsuit though that they'll fix them. I don't know why everyone keeps making a big deal over it. Do you?

That's different. The first problem was that the screen was cracking due to a vendor quality problem in China (I know all about Asian vendor quality issues...leaving in 15 minutes to go nail one of my vendors to the wall!). Apple fixed that one. The lawsuit is different. It contends that the screen scratches too easily due to a thinner protective coating than the other iPods have (I have an iPod Mini and it doesn't have any issues). I guess it can get so badly scratched that you can't even see the screen. People who have tried to return it have been charged $25 for restocking, so the lawsuit wants that money reimbursed, plus the cost of the iPod for those who haven't returned it yet. It will be interesting to see if this becomes a class action suit, because then Apple has a really serious issue.

James: I'm southern dude-Virginia qualifies. I'm just embedded amongst these yanks. ;)
I am sort of 'switzerland' on Panic. They don't blow me away...i don't own any cd's other than the one with 'Hatfield' and 'Pilgrims'-Pilgrims being my phav. I've seen 2 WP shows - both shows I had a great time. That said, I don't go out of my way to see them and/or listen to them....I really don't dig John Bell's voice and really didn't (sorry to say and R.I.P.) care for mikey's guitar work.
but that is for shizzle IMO.
EDIT: I haven't really been listening to too much 'jammy' music recently.

p.s.-I do really like 'aint life grand'...i was rocking it as my ringtone for a couple months...
