so do I. are the bots really easy?
I dunno... unlike HT, they will theoretically have a marginally appropriate lineup, so they might be a non-trivial challenge if they got a good player draw.

Losers Cup Final
Norse Athletic Club 249 all out v 302-3 KC Googlies
I haven't looked at their history, but that looks like a really nasty batting lineup the Googlies were able to run out there... Norse was basically using our first-choice bowlers, and that's easily the worst bowling performance we've had all year, and on our favored pitch to boot.

PirateJohn, there is no "coach" in the hattrick sense. Simply, you can hire up to ten coaches which train for five skills. Fitness, Fielding, Wicket Keeping, Bowling, and Batting. Right now, I'm basically training everything in an effort to get good players for each skill out of it, as I'm comfortable not having any amazing all-rounders at this point. Since there's not much of a transfer market, you can't really stock up on specific trainees. However, once the game grows, I anticipate people becoming more specialized in what they train.
And I don't know why they put you in a IV series with all bots, when there's still slots available in III.

Well my training finally is starting to pay off.
Huddlestone (#1) got 101 runs and he is proficient/proficient
Thompson (#2) got 65 is strong/mediocre
Halford (#3) was not out 69 and is competent/mediocre
Benitez (#4) out cheaply for 14 is competent/competent
Kennedy (#5) not out 35 is mediocre/competent
That was basically my first choice batting line up. I did rest my first choice w/k who is a pretty good batter and had a much weaker batter in Middleton. But he didn't get to face a ball.

Your opponent (KC Hammers) won every friendly this season and promoted from series V to series III in England.

I can't recall anything about them particularly. When I beat them, I was rather surprised as we only put up a target of 207, but got off to a very quick start with three fast wickets (including one run out) and bowled them out for 128. Their bowling lineup in that match was LFM, LFM, LFM, LM, and RM. They were keeping a green pitch at the time, which obviously suits that bowling lineup. My deadliest bowler was a spinner, though, go figure.

I got two battrick youth pulls this week :D
Both were crap but at least I got two ... they had a glitch and I had made my yp before they stopped, now I just got another one. Check your club info page to see if you can get a second.
I expect rep if you get one ....

i'm selling a 20 year old medicore batsment with respectable concentration. he's at 100,000 right now. not much time left to bid!
i think i should've not listed him, but i never played him in the first season. oh well, i'll have 400,000 in the bank when it goes through

With all the new users I think demand for lower skilled players will rise...

yeah. he's young, so he could pop maybe once more in batting and with his concentration he could put up some good scores.

thats what i thought. I listed him at 0, so when I got a message I figured someone put in a bid it would be for 1,000

Is there any way to find out itemized income sources in BT the way you can in HT? I just checked my finances and I gut 37.5k pounds of Miscellaneous income, but I have no idea what it's for.

Everyone gets it. If i remember right it's compensation to keep peoples economy going until first class matches are introduced.

That's exactly right.
I absolutely kicked the living ******** out of the bot. We got them out at 215. And then my first partnership paired up and got 216 (111-95) in 30 overs. First time I've ever gone without a batsman getting out.
