Wow, if that's right, I'm drawn with one of my series-mates from last season (that since promoted out).

no offical cup draw yet. no supporters either from the sunday matches.

for some reason my orders for the cup match were on TIE (i didn't set them as such) so now my fitness has bumped up a level. I might just have to play GFI in my league match. can't afford another loss and I'm playing another 1 and 1 team.

Damn it - my rookie just got knocked out sitting on 99 runs on 92 balls.

I am rocking this guy (should have TIEd it) as my run rate is 6.59 and increasing with every round.

Gould got his century and now I am hoping Bardsley breaks 50

Bardsley got his 50 and 18 more and Gould almost got to 150 (142) and around the 46th he was getting 6-10 a round and I thought for a moment he might get to 150.

324 - no way this guy catches me.

Hit a nice 313-5, my opener got another century, his third this season IIRC.

I have my opponent at 86-8 :D and he is the only other unbeaten team. This is gonna send me to outright first and give me a nice runrate boost :D

nice work.

i'm playing GFI, and will bowl first if I win the toss, on a flat pitch

I'm taking it easy and aiming to bat first if i win the toss, playing on a cracked pitch to favor my quicks.

I switched my pitch from dusty to slow.

Originally I had spinners dominating my line up but I realised that three of the players I sold were all spinners. This was not intentional so I switched to slow to give my other bowlers more of a chance. Seems to be working fine.

Question - my team is weighted more towards batters than bowlers - I was right in moving to Hard and Fast right?

102 all out, 211 run victory, very nice.

My one spinner had these figures:

7(overs)-2(maidens)-9(runs conceded) -4(wickets) :D

no commentary for the Windies yet, 20 minutes in.

west indies, no one likes us and we don't care.

no supporters from the cup matches, no cup draw, and commentary is always delayed.

Is it time for a battrick forum of its own -- separate from Hattrick???
