Well, my 4 and 5 guys put up a fight, but now it's time for Vortex to mow down my bowlers. I'm glad I'm training a couple of them to become all-rounders; by 2010 I might be able to stop handing out hat tricks like all-day suckers.

Norse wins by ten wickets , 202-0 (30) to 201-10.

Surman and Seargeant teamed up for a monster opener, although the target was low enough that neither managed a century, with lines of 93 on 83 balls and 96 on 101 balls, respectively.

Ouch!

but atleast u didn't get owned like my opponents..

I beat them by 229 runs

380/3 - 151/10

Wilkey 151 (142 balls)
North 133 (112 balls)
Jackson 44 (23 balls)

Elding 6-2-17-4
Dushantha 10-1-38-3
Coutts 5-0-15-1
Love 7-0-29-1

Just an absolute demolition

Working all day today so missed my game live, but I won easily and only two of us remain unbeaten and we play next week :)

On paper it looks like I have the strongest team in my series and my training regimen is finally paying off. I should promote at this rate. :D

Very true, and we all know my record on promoting in that other game. Plenty of time for me to screw up yet. ;)

Handily beat a bot while playing on TIE. My young superstar, now that he has mediocre concentration and stamina, has gotten two not out centuries in his past two matches.

Decided to see if my cup match had commentary yet. Yes it did--and I took 5 wickets in the first five overs. My opponent is at 14-5 through 8 overs. I guess I'm just gonna focus on the cup this year rather than worry about the league.

Easy win for me in the cup. I don't even care how I do in this competition, but I'm not doing too bad.

I'm debating whether or not to TIE this next league match. The team isn't very good, but I've gotten my stamina back up after my first week GFI with consecutive TIE's against bots, and my margin of error in the league is very low. I also want to pad my RR a little.

My opponent ended up going 49-10 in 23 overs. Nice.

Getting my rear handed to me against the Bosstones...

6.00+ runrate. had hoped to hold them lower as I don't think I've ever reached 300 batting.

Atlanta Mosquitos v The Bosstones (172906)
End of Over 27: 165-0, runrate=6.11

LOL... doing well w/ the ball despite playing one of my **************** bowlers by accident having not reset my default lineup... funny thing? he's bowled 8 overs for 16 runs!!! bloody brilliant.

Here they are w/ little to no chance of posting a total I can't better... sad that I've taken no wickets thus far, but this is certainly one of my more economical efforts with the ball.

End of Over 29: 109-0, runrate=3.76

Won in the cup fairly easily, which surprised me.

My opening batsman got his third century of the season and one of my bowlers got 6 wickets :)

I just can't decide which one to propose to this week ;)

I think we're pretty secure in our cup match... we literally just posted a target of 325-5. Sulieman Seargeant put up a monster innings, 143 not out on 139 balls.
