I'll be TIE against a human team that's only been around for a couple weeks. It worked out fine last week.
TIE worked for me last week, it was the opponents first match with his team.
this guy ahs played three games, all against bots and won all three by big margins.

My Cup opponent for next round doesn't look like he'll be too difficult to defeat.. he's a mixed bag of results but I don't think his batting is going to be good enough to post a total my guys can't get.
Other news... bug fixed I was finally able to make my yp for the week and it was well worth the wait.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: feeble Concentration: feeble
Bowling: proficient Consistency: woeful
Fielding: woeful
we're looking at a serious contender for 4-5 coaches by the end of the season... gonna give him a fielding coach and probably 2 each of batting/bowling.
Holy ********, that's awesome.
Something weird happened with the cup draws, as I now have a match against a different team. Should be winnable, however.

No, it was a real team (the one in my series). And I know that team isn't inactive, as they still appear in my series standings.

Won my league game in front of a decent crowd and now face a team in the Cup that has existed since only the beginning of October but has a handful of pretty good players (one guy at 17K plus and a bunch of others in the 8-10 range). He is 0-2 in the his league and got bowled out with an average of 5.05 runs in his last league game while his opponent averaged 5.32 to win.
I am going to TIE simply to put my team in good form for my league game.
Question for the group - how long does it take fitness to drop down a level after TIEing? I TIE in both my first Cup match and league match and played as normal my last Cup and league match and I am at Moderate for fitness level which I believe is the neutral point correct? I would have hoped tow TIE would have lasted a bit longer than a week.

We've got updates. I'm batting in the 40th over and I'm doing OK.
End of Over 39: 222-1, runrate=5.69
My #2 batter is one run away from a century and my #3 has 86 runs on 81 balls.
Edit: he got his century.

The other team is finishing up. They've already hung a 200 on me. Yeah, MAYBE my guys can match that, but geez, I used to be able to get guys out. Damn second division.

i hit 167 all out form 50 overs. slow pitch must have played a part this time, or the other guy as a great attack.

how is it determined if you win by runs or wickets? I can't quite figure this part out.

If you're batting last and you beat the guy with extra wickets (like baseball outs) remaining, you've won by a bunch of wickets - meaning you had batters in your 'bullpen' that went unused.
If you bowl first and they can't catch you then you've won by x number of runs.
You could still win by wickets I guess if you didn't use all your wickets yet you get all 10 of their wickets when they come to bat 2nd.

Norse wins by ten wickets , 202-0 (30) to 201-10.
Surman and Seargeant teamed up for a monster opener, although the target was low enough that neither managed a century, with lines of 93 on 83 balls and 96 on 101 balls, respectively.
