It was my distinct pleasure to meet with you. There are so many things that need to be factored into getting land for this project it's almost ridiculous. MPS is fortunate to have been able to snag someone who's done this before :)

I see that you met with the Wave folks this week -- do they see this as a threat to them, or do they welcome the team since they are no longer in the outdoor soccer business?
