I will start with a topic. For those who are not in Ecuador now, when was the last time you went back to the motherland, and where does your family reside?
for me, it was last year, and most of my family is in Guayaquil, but I have family also in Riobamba and Loja.

last time i was in ecuador was last summer. the majority of my mom's side of the family lives in quito. the majority of my dad's side lives in ambato. i have a few scattered relatives in guayaquil though. quito and guayaquil are both very beautiful now, i hadn't seen them in about 5 years (well i had never been to guayaquil until last year). and i must say, the women there (guyaquil) are HOT :D

side note - can we maybe get a subforum for ecuador NSR?

I was in Guayaquil last in Sep 2001! I saw 911 in the TV on the streets of Guayaquil!
I thought everyone was watching the same movie :(
I'm going over there this Xmas and New year! I'll be going to Guayaquil, then drive from Cuenca to Quito, and finish my tour off in Salinas before I come back ot Guayaquil! I can't wait!

Man all my family reside in Manta Ecuador a Beach City Wooooo The Girlies there are HOT as Hell. I also got some Guayacos fam but only a few. Any one ever been to manta?? Thats were alot of people from guayaquil and Quito go for vacation. I was there just last december and i tell u what christmas is fun over there Man its crazy, And i'm planning on going this december as well. Gives me goosebumps just thinking about it

I lived in Manta for a few months! I was staying at Barrio Jockay! I also hooked up w/ a girl over there she was beautiful! :o the good old days!

maybe it was you who smelled and can't read. Ecuador listeracy rate is damn near 100%, around 95 for men and 91 for women I believe. for a third world country, that's impressive.
i shouldn't even respond to crap like this, but just wanted to say you are a dick! I stayed in Cuenca, and I loved it there! it was peaceful, serene, and beautiful!
