England World Cup tickets in short supply
England fans will be officially entitled to only eight percent of tickets for each match involving Sven-Goran Eriksson's side during the 2006 World Cup finals.
That is the allocation which will be received by the Football Association and all other competing nations for the tournament in Germany next summer.
The FA will not know the exact number of tickets they will receive for each game until after the draw for the finals is made on December 9.
But Soho Square stress tickets will only be made available to members of the organisation 'Englandfans' which is the official England Supporters' Club - as was the case for the 2002 World Cup and Euro 2004.
The membership of Englandfans has already been capped at 25,000 to give members a realistic chance of obtaining access to tickets, and no more applications to join will be accepted before or during the World Cup.
The FA have written to FIFA stating they will be willing to take any additional tickets which may become available for England matches, as was the case for the group match with Croatia during Euro 2004 in Portugal.
Supporters can also buy general tickets for the World Cup via the official FIFA website - but tickets to specifically watch the England team are already sold out.
The FA are also strongly advising supporters not to buy tickets from any other sources as they are unlikely to gain access to matches.
Those purchased from any avenues outside of the official sources will be regarded as black market tickets.
New technology to be implemented at the World Cup will be able to identify such tickets and they will be cancelled and therefore prevent entry to stadiums.
England made sure of participating in the finals after a 1-0 win over Austria at Old Trafford on Saturday and Holland's away win over the Czech Republic.

Does this mean that there are NO MORE tickets for England games? Any other way to get tickets?
