I've got no problem with Jens. We need to provide him with adequate competition that's all.

Well, the guys is the current No.1 and until they bring in someone other than Almunia, I would go into contract talks too.

you don't lose any premiership games for an entire season, then got on to not lose in 49 straight, with a crappy keeper between the posts
edit: there you go Dave

I definitely think we should start signing already!
Sure he has made a few bad mistakes, but he really isn't bad! I think he an adequate keeper. I'm sure we'd all like to have Casillas and Buffon, but while we wait for 'em to come to us, I'm happy with Jens! :)

As long as it's only for a year or at the most two, then fine, but wenger should be on the look out for another keeper anyway. We don't want to be in the situation of holding on to him way too long like we did with Seaman.

Rumor on the BBC today that Arsene plant to bid on Celtic keeper Artur Boruc. I wonder how these rumors will affect contract negotiotions.

No way, as long as Len's is signed, he's going to insist on playing. If he agrees to be back-up, I don't mind.....but first choice at Emirates.....no way...

who is this mystery 'Lens'?
which 'era' of Jens is making so anti? Or is it just that Almunia is the backup?
I guess his performance in the FA cup final doesn't really matter anyways. or the unbeaten run

Then again, based on rumours from earlier in the season we are also very interested in Real's keeper. Should be an interesting January window for once...

Lehmann for ANOTHER year?? if we dont sign anybody else, than i guess so...
he isn't just total rubbish, but he is hardly the type of keeper you need to win games by himself, which you sometimes need~
