Pity his scoring record is fairly poor.

Definately not now, he is not even the best striker in La Liga

He's not even the best striker on his own team.

the best out and out striker i think is trezeguet. after all he does have impressive stats. this season he is the leading goal scorer of serie a this season. and has scored 175 goals in 136 appearances. and 69 appearances for the French national with 34 goals.

Wait, what? 175 in 136? Are you sure that isn't the other way around?

It is the other way around. He's still not the best.

Toss up between Totti, Drogba and Ibrahimovic.

um totti isnt really a striker hes a CF much liek del piero or messi. and ibra is good but still hes not the best in hes league. drogba is good but as teso has pointed out his scoring record is poor.
i still say its trezeguet.

I still think it's Ruud.

And I still think it's Klose.

And I still think it's Klose.

In reality, I don't think there is one striker that is above the rest, the same way there is no one best player in the world.

But because he gets no love and is still extremely underrated and underappreciated, I say Miro Klose.

Ruud has consistently done it at the very highest level. Klose, despite his obvious qualities, has not. Plus let's not forget that Klose had a poor last season.
