We need a combined list of people who belong on the list...

Ibrahimovic, Drogba, Torres, Villa, Eto'o, Rooney, Yakubu *coughs*.

Drogba does not deserve to be in the list anymore, unless you have a ton of options. But to put him in the top 7 you have listed with Ibra, Torres, Villa, Eto'o, and Rooney is not right IMO.

He's not in the top 7? I was purely listing some good strikers in no order, who sprang to mind at the time I posted, so we could create an up to date thread. Not a conclusive list by any means. How did I know something like this would happen.

I would not put Drogaba in my top 7.

Neither would I if I'm honest but he's in the top 15.

I think drogba is way to over rated. he has a short temper and is just a fast finisher. i dont even think hes the best forward from africa. i would give that to eto'o no doubt but i even think Kone is better then drogba.

and one other thing. no one has put adriano in there list?? hes the best forward from the best soccer country in the world. maybe robinho but still.

Adriano does not merit a place in the list at this stage. He still has a lot to prove.

Most people would say Luís Fabiano at this point.

ok i dont see how adriano isnt the best from brazil. he is playing with one of the biggest clubs in the world. he is scoring goals. isnt that what forwards are suppose to do. wht has fabiano won that adriano hasnt. adriano is playing with a much better club too.

Adriano was shipped back to Brazil last season for his poor form, poor temperament and personal problems. He has not done enough this season to prove that he is back to his best.

I would include those and... Berbatov, Adebayor, van nistelrooy, luca toni, benzema, tevez, aguero, and maybe del piero

Del Piero is an attacking midfielder.

Del Piero is an attacking midfielder.

I disagree.

I disagree.

He's not a 'real' striker though...more of a second/supporting striker.

Lots of those have been listed by various different people thus far.
