I just remember not to long ago he was talking about going somewhere like Lebenon or somewhere in that region. I could be way off, but I know he was in Turkey not too long ago and was looking at also going to somewhere in Africa possible for some political election. So he could be anywhere.
He did post yesterday, so he might just be hanging out.
Maybe we should call the thread: Where in the World is Rick?

I know he has a home in Zimbabwe. He may be there. Not sure though.
