Erm, my recollection is us scoring 2 goals (Henry's only other anything in the qualifiers besides Ire v) and a triple save from Barthez.

Its all Wiltords fault. If he passed to Zizou in the shot he shot wide then there might have been a differnce. And Malouda shouldent even be on the national team. And why wasnt Giuly playing, or even on the bench?? And Zizou wasnt invisible but contributed nothing in my opinion other than that shot he had iin the final minutes.

But the Swiss didn't had lots of dangerous situations resulting from that domination. Even if they had a great debut in this match, I found that less "stressing" than the match against the Irish where there was a huge pressure all the time.

"its all wiltords fault"? Please, i'm not his biggest fan either, but saying that cheapens the entire match.

Malouda shouldn't be on the national team? He was a threat the entire match, and contributes and has contributed a lot to the french attack. He's certainly our best option down the left.

Giuly wasn't on the bench because Domenech is an idiot. He needs to go regardless of the outcome of the qualifiers. I don't care that his leaving should France qualify might throw off the team. If anything, it'll provide the team with a better decision maker, tactician, and overall manager.

Zidane rarely lost the ball, and delivered some great passes forward. While he may have not shot a lot, or provided any direct assists, he helped the team.

Today I sat in a pub with 20 french fans ,,,all wearing zidane jersey's. I cheered for france hoping they would beat suisse and that would of helped my team get 2nd position(if ire and sui tie the last game). All the french guys and girls sitting around me told me how they respect Israel and how Israel has not lost a match, they were all very respectful and honorable. I was shocked Cisse did not start but everyone including me were happy with his appearence after halftime. Everyone there cursed melouda and Blou saying they were making alot of mistakes and not in any control. The nicest goal I ever saw Cisse score came with force. The OG which Thuram caused with his head was horrible. What a mistake. France held a wild Swiss team in the first half and would of held on for the win until that unlucky goal came.

Ok, lets start this conversation. Here is why we should have won :p :

1. You guys deserved a red card @ the12th min, Makelele
2. 63td minutes Gallas made a hand ball, should be penalty for us.
3. Point 1 and 2 you are lucky you are a great team so the referee was on your side.
4. Our goal was lucky, maybe but NOT so lucky................... Ludo Magnin scored 3 goals (same angle) exactly like that with Werder Breme.
5. First corner for Switzerland, Vonlanthen almost scored but Coupet denied.
