I'm going to be controversial and say neither, and then there won't be a Nike-sponsored bukkake over Ronaldinho.
There's no reason to this, but I'm going to say it'll be a Holland vs. England final.

What ? I was celebrating the fact that there is another wonderful thread about Brazil, and let me take this opportunity to congradulate you, SoccerScout, on behalf of all BS for this thread, which is propably the finest of them all. It is such a worthwhile topic. Nobody can accuse you of scraping the barrel when it comes to Brazilian related topics. I'm sure you've got plenty more thread ideas up your sleeve. The anticipation is almost unbearable.

Interesting, the results of this poll so far are almost exactly like the pre WC 2002 polls were: Nobody believed in Brazil. And we all know what happened.
I have never been so optimistic as with the Brazilian National team as the 2006 squad. Its going to be a machine.
Oh and Bocatuna, I write about Brazilian soccer because there is so much to write about. When your nation is the alltime and current greatest soccer nation in the World its only natural to write about them. Sorry, I'll try to get some material on the soccer team of Iceland or Ghana if that will make you happier...

Is not that they don't believe in Brazil's great results is just people here are jealous about Brazil.
Most here aren't real soccer fans.

How about Pele being a pedophile?
This is what Maradona has implied in one of his interviews...the world cannot go on without getting the lowdown on this story SoccerScout!
:D
edit: before one might think I'm trolling, Maradona really did imply this, that he liked little boys even

If there is so much about Brazilian football to talk about why do you keep starting threads about the same topic i.e hey! everybody look at how great Brazil are. If you've got an opinon on Brazil that you think may intrest others then start a thread. Don't just start a thread just for the sake of talking about Brazil. The key is to diversify.

I for one can't stand Brazil, being eliminated by them twice. Am I not a real football fan now? I hate their guts. So what?

You are lucky that Holland didnt make the WC then cause chances are it would have been 3 times eliminated by Brazil. Actually we may be able to figure out if they would have met...who took Hollands spot in the WC?

I think Holland would have beat you...
But HEY! Hats off to Brazil, they won a world cup that no one thought they could YAY, if it were England, Holland, or the U.S. I'd probably be gloating too. Enjoy it while you can, your reign won't last forever. And for god sakes if Germany make the World Cup final I will hurt someone, I don't care if they are hosting, they aren't good...they played uninspired, crap 1-0 win against Paraguay, then they cheated to beat the U.S., then on to South Korea, again 1-0, Jesus someone eliminate those bastards already...

They've been doing that for years. I consider Germany the villains of soccer precisely because of their style of play. They've done more to set back the cause of soccer worldwide than any other country.
Gary Lineker was quoted in a magazine this summer as saying that soccer is a game in which 22 men run around the field for 90 minutes, and then Germany wins.
Too often true; always sad.

Germany made the final with a young team that is only going to get better, and they'll be at home. They'll make the final. And no matter what anybody think about their style, the Germans always play good soccer as far as I'm concerned. Good soccer is not only about being pretty, it's about being effective.
