Replays in the stadiums?

In 2002 there were no replays of controversial plays on the screens inside the stadium, I know cause I was there but here is further proof.

Does anyone know if a decision has been made for 2006 on whether all replays will be shown on the screens inside the stadium?

I'm not sure, but I am against it.

The goal line signal is good though, video replay is not.

I donj't think primasux was talking about video replay as a way for referees to review decisions, but rather the fact that there is now a trend for replauys on big vieo screens in stadiums not to show video replays in the stadium to the fans. This is done to prevent criticism of the ferees for bad decisions by the ref, and to also prevent crowd trouble.

In a WCQ qualifier in Edmonton last year, when I was doing some work in the media area,some Match official from Trinidad came in a minute before the match started and orered the techies to reprogram the videotron sothat there would not be replays, They had to srcamble like hell. It's epsecially done in CNCACAF because the refs are so bad.m

Yes, I'm talking about replays for the people in the crowd to watch what happened on a particular play. I'm NOT talking about video replay in order to change a decision like in the NFL.

I personally would very much like to see the replays when I am in a stadium because often times you view is not as good as the camera's.

In Salt Lake, they show replays of the controversial calls. They also show home (but not road) goals.
