Why did my TS fall?!?!

My old coach was poor, then wretched, then disastrous (with leadership), so obviously my TS wasn't going to stay up with him. I had PICed the first 4 games of the season (2 league and 2 cup) and with him, it was only at content heading into the 3rd cup game.

But, like 2 days before the cup match (yesterday) I got a new coach with passable leadership. I PICed in the cup and it was up to satisifed, but right away it went back to content. WTF? The only reason I changed coaches is because I wanted to try to keep TS up. If a passable leadership guy isn't going to keep it up, I want my money back to buy a defender with or something...

BTW here is my new coach:

You were probably just at a very low sublevel of satisfied. Even with a solid leadership coach you'd drop off slightly at every update. I'm sure you'll see better TS with your new coach than with your old one.

What was the timing of all this. Any time you get a new coach your TS resets. I am not sure if it happens immediately or at the next update. Could have just been a timing issue.

TS does not reset when a new coach comes in.
