Looks like the Russian Billionaire doesn't want to buy the club after all, and if he was only interested in the infrastructure and not the club (team) I'm glad he's píssed off and taken his Russian roubles with him.

Glad to hear. When Yossi Benayoun signed with Real Racing Club de Santander in Spain the club was a one man show by owner/chairman/manager Dmitri Piterman. He made Yossi, Dudu Awat, and Omri Afek dress up on Christmas as the three wise men. He also kept on saying weird things on how he would convert the three of them to find Jesus. A real weirdo.
