Olympiakos, it's one of the top teams in the Greek league.
But Nery has been riding the bench consistently since Rivaldo arrived last year.

sup with the greek leauge anyway... is it a really competitive leauge... are the teams more skilled then FMF ?

It's a competitive league....IF you are in the following clubs, Olympiakos, Panathinaikos, AEK Athenas, and PAOK....but as far as more competitive and skillfull than the MFL..... I don't think so.....
Olympiakos has actually won most of the titles in the last decade. They have also signed top talent such as Rivaldo and Christian Karembeu but the rest of the league except for AEK and Panathinaikos have relatively unknown players.

What do you guys think about Chivas not wanting to let Carlos Vela go? (Barcelona is the name that's sounding).
They say it is better for Vela to play a couple of seasons in Chivas, but... is it true, or is it Vergara's interest talking? Although I can't see how he wouldn't be benefitted by this, for nothing else besides the bragging rights.

They say it is better for Vela to play a couple of seasons in Chivas, but... is it true, or is it Vergara's interest talking? Although I can't see how he wouldn't be benefitted by this, for nothing else besides the bragging rights.
all Vergara wants is the $$$$$$. if he keeps CV and waits until he becomes a better player, then he can put a higher price tag on him. but if he doesn't then Vergara loses money.

Carlos would develop as a better player in Catalunia. Doesn't carlos have a say in this? Vergara screws up again.

Probably not, but you never know he might get some playing time in the second half.
Yesterday they were showing the Olympiakos team practicing in the Santiago Bernabeu and I was able to recognize Nery in the team.
I doubt he will play though.(that's why now he wants to play for the NT)

Yeah, also in the UEFA website he is listed as being in the "B" team.
I saw him with the team during practice at the Santiago Bernabeu on tv, but he's not even listed in the list of subs.

Slavia Prague beat Cork City FC 2-1 in Ireland and have a spot in the next round of the UEFA Cup.
Cesareo Victorino didn't play though, he wasn't even listed in the subs. So I'm guessing he didn't even travel with the team.
As for Bolton we also know that they won and Borgetti played the first 55 minutes.

They say borgetti didnt play all that good but when davies played, he mades an assist I think.
