What, no Norway-Cup or Japanese 3rd div titles to speak of?

Sorry but the only titles that count are Italian, Spanish and English league titles, CL and UEFA cup titles and the World Cup and European Championships.
Those lines have to be a joke :D.

I dunno, he looks pretty happy to me. Wouldn't you be if you'd just guided your club to the European championship?

:DSure. But he looks retarded. Like one of those guys from 'the wrong turn'. With huge gums and those small 'im underdeveloped' teeth.

Dude, when you care more about how a manager looks as opposed to what he's won... I'm not sure you're on the right thread. You might do better in http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=687762
this thread, for example.

Have a nice day.

Dude, when you care more about how a manager looks as opposed to what he's won... Are you saying what Benitez has won should put him in the same group as Ferguson and Lippi? Have a nice day alright.

Not necessarily, but given that performance, he doesn't "stink," which is the epithet you used.

Carlo Ancellotti needs to be added to this list.

now world have 2 big managers [SIZE=2]Jose Mourinho and [B]Rafa Benitez

One match fixing manager who got his team to dive to success and then took over a very successful Ranieri built side and spent an obscene amount of money to buy his standing and success? No thanks.

One massive fail at domestic level with innumerable dud purchases (mainly from Spain), more spend on tranfers than Ferguson since he arrived in England and a less then adventurous style of play? No thanks.

I dunno, he looks pretty happy to me. Wouldn't you be if you'd just guided your club to the European championship?
:D

Only if it covers up his complete domestic failure in addition to his transfer failure.

Again, the people on this board seem to have difficulty with the English language in general, and the use of hyperbole in particular.

I'd hardly classify finishing behind the likes of ManU, Chelsea and Arsenal in the league in 2008, or earning 82 points and winning the FA Cup in 2006 as "complete domestic failure," although Liverpool supporters may disagree. In the last 100 years, only Dalglish and Paisley have higher winning percentages at LFC. But don't let the facts stand in the way of a good discussion. Carry on.

True. But then again, he doesn't cheat and try to buy off referees like some clubs *cough*Juve*cough*.

So there's that.

So there's that.Maybe he should consider it, because that's the only way Liverpool will win the PL in his lifetime if he's in charge.

If that's only way to win, then perhaps it is better not to win. But to take that decision would require integrity... which some organizations don't have.
