That's true, it's unparalleled in world sport. To be honest we should just make the Euros a 20 team event, and bring in Brazil and Argentina.I would vote for that. In fact, I've basically said the same thing for years. The World Cup should be Europe against Brasil and Argentina. The rest of the world can watch and learn. There is nothing they have to contribute. Really.

Good ideas, maybe leave out shit teams that play horrible footy like England. As much as I hate England, it's not the same without them crashing out on a penaly shoot-out against some homosexuals from Portugal. You just can't beat that.

I don't hate them and don't care about them really. But they should not be part of such a tournament as they add absolutely nothing. Their football style is simply a disgrace to little boys trying to dribble and make 5 yard passes.

How do you know this poll is BS?
Iker has been outperforming Buffon for well over a year and he's not winning.
Cech has been a complete liability since his head injury and he's higher than Howard who has been playing at a much higher level.
Also Shay Given should have been given a spot rather than the likes of Kahn.
Yet another moron who failed to read the thread.

Victor Valdes but no Pepe Reina. How many EPL Golden Gloves does the man have to win to get the recognition he deserves? Currently at three I believe...

Had to be a newbie...
Aside from that your award counts for little because it does not take appearances, supporting cast, style of football and mistakes into account.

for me, today Van der Sar is the best
in the past, "Towart-Titan" Oliver Kahn :D

Since we're waaaaaay past the 500 post limit for threads, this one is closed. Not as far past as the striker thread, but still past.
