Especially in these double match weeks. Malbranque as captain helped a lot of us on here when Fulham played twice.
This week sees another couple of teams playing twice within the week giving a chance to leap up the table. Remember that first transfer is free.

Many Points seems to be making a run on Kopite FC! Could be a good fight to the wire.
And People's Front of Judea made up major ground on Chloe this week, too. Finally looking to overtake the tyke next matchday! I think 2nd place may be out of reach though.

Indeed, getting very close at the top.
1st place this week goes to Martini Time with 78, Many Points with 77 and Clanblues third with 69.
No weekly winners since Mar 9?
Did I miss the resignation speech? LOL

Nobody seemed interested and I was kind of embarrassed as I seem well placed to win it all and finish in the top 50 overall.
Modest chap that I am, I had let it go for a few weeks.
Now I see why you brought it up, great score this week! :)

Final scores for this week see Hal record the highest score of the season with a huge 110 points, wow!
Paul's Clanblues with a great 81 points finishes second this week. Tasman Archers and Martini Time both got 75 points.
Overall it remains quite close at the top.
My team has slipped a little recently but remains first with 1,468 and can ill afford any slip ups now. Justin's Many Points have closed the gap and he is now on 1,420. Just 48 points behind.

Looks like many of you didn't realize today's Easter Monday fixtures were a separate week in premierleague's fantasy league.
No Arsenal or Man U players will score points, so big gains for those teams that switched players and captains on Sunday.
With one match left on Tuesday, I have 63 points and Dave (Lanky) has 50. Martini time has 41.

Tasman Archers vaulted upto 63 points with some nice substitutions and was level first with me this week.
Needham had 59 points and Lanky 54.
Overall the top four looks like this:
Kopiteinkc 1,567
Many Points 1,510
Kopite Jrs 1,466
People's Front 1,464
Hal leads the way with transfers, a huge 96 so far. 100 by next week?

I am leading the way this week with 81, thanks to a certain Mr. Owen as captain.

Chloe is still in my sights...
She's up 23 on me midway through this penultimate week, but:
- I've got 6 coming off the bench (cuts her lead to 17)
- I've got 3 extra players tomorrow (Beattie, Pires, Fernandez) still to go.
[We both have Henry and Wiltord as well, so they just cancel each other out]

Incredible scores this week
Hal's Aviators with 119 led the way.
Michel's 1800 World Cup had 116
Finchley Rd had 108
Overall Jay took over third place as Chloe continued her decline. The restrictions of the small rocks league hampered "her" making transfers on the double week players.

Top scorer in the last week was Finchley Rd with 83, Surfiing Scousers rekindling memories of his cup win comes second with 82.
The contest ends with me in first, Many Points second, Jay's People's Front sneaks third from Chloe.
Chloe will have to make do with the Small Rocks treble instead! :)
Great contest everyone, can't wait for August to do it all again.
