Appears Mr. Temper picked up a yellow and according to MLSNet that means he is suspended for 10/1.

Also, Bradley, Parke, and Regan are on the border so with any luck a few more yellows will fly.

Reis almost did us a favor by taking out Gaven.

I know that I should be rooting for a tie or a NE loss if we want to pass them. Dispassionatly I am, but everytime NE gets close I find myself hoping they will score, and vice versa with the Metros. Everytime the have a close up of Guevara, Jerkoff, Meola, Razov, even little Bob, I find myself cussing at them. I think I was born to hate the Metros.

So instead of trading Moreno for Guevara we are trading Gomito for Guevara? Hope it works out as well as it did last time.

I want the draw - every time two of our Eastern Conf foes play each other I am routing for the tie. Makes our magic number shrink and shrink.

Not according to the NER announcers. They f'ing defended his thuggish play in the box as "protecting the box" even though they admitted he was "maybe a second or two late" sometimes.

Fools.

Thx,

Jay!

Look at it this way: We have to start Freddy. They have to start Lisi.

On that play with Gaven, it was a legit 50/50 ball, and Reis actually played the ball this time.

But Reis managed to punch and elbow Gaven in the head and then step on him when he got up. But it's all good I guess

Thx,

Jay!

In this game I'm rooting for a tie, yellow cards and a lot of nagging injuries.

But Gaven is playing so poorly this game, we benefit by having him on the field next week. Hard to believe this guy was the next savior of American soccer.

It's that great Bob Bradley youth development program. Adde Ibrahim is tearing up the league, right?

86th minute--I never, ever thought I would write or say this but let's go Metros.

Anyone get the feeling that NE is getting too much luck? I just can't see them pulling games out of their ass in the postseason.

Looking forward to Dallas-Earthquakes at 10 and I'll tune into Raps-Chivas as well. Right now I'm watching the Crew and Salt Lake play and my eyes hurt from the football markings. In 15 minutes I bid adios to this match.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say Bill was in my house doing the same thing as me. But I'm watching FCD-SJE and taping the other for later :)

Thx,

Jay!

After this post I'm logging off. I don't want to spoil anything for anyone.

Enjoy the matches all!
