i remember at university once i complained that the prof praised my papers but still only gave me 17's and 18's... she said "my poor boy, 18 is as high as it goes! 19 is for the professor, and 20 is for god."
You complained with a 17!
I was bouncing off the walls offering everyone drinks on me after getting an 11.5 in my Medieval French History class. That was a bitch. I think 3/4 of the class failed.
