OK, beer snob Mike is in effect. You guys do realize that Stella is like the Budweiser of Belgium, right? Not only that, but I've noticed that nobody gets happy drunk off of that stuff. It's always angry drunk.

I know, but I like it. Plus I get happy drunk off of it, no problems for me. I have tried most of those, but they aren't great beer drinking beers IMO. It is a bit more like drinking a wine. I do love Belgian wheats though.

Mike, I just called McCormack's Pub on 26th ave...they told me to call back tomorrow - they will know for sure whether or not they will be showing the arsenal match at 8:30 am.....stay tuned and we'll go from there. However, you can come into the city early if you prefer either way - I am not going out on sat and will be up early on sun.

I did see the band Supergrass last night at the Bowery Ballroom. I had not heard them before (I know, they are like mini-phamous); they were awesome. It was an intimate acoustic evening celebrating the release of their new cd "Road to Rouen" - a really, really good cd.
