For sure. Why not?
Even if they won't win their group, they will have big chance to do it in knock-out. If I remember well, they qualified this way to Euro 2004. Because they were 2nd in their group. And the group winners were... Greece ! Yes, we didnt pay enough attention to this fact then.
Spanish panic I think is because they used to be easy winners in World Cup qualifications. But maybe this bit of drama will help them to become harder as a team, what they usually missed in final tournaments (as easy qualifiers)

True, I'm not trying to jinx Spain, but based on their qualification efforts they do not stand out as convincing as they were in other WC's.

So maybe if they qualify there will be less pressure on them. They are always expected to win something because their world cup record is so modest, comparing to Spain's place in world of football in general.

Yes, one of their games is at San Marino (as sure a three points as you can get). If they win at Belgium, they can do no worse than get into the playoffs.
Unless they lose by two or more goals at Belgium, they don't have to worry about Belgium.
For both Bosnia and Serbia to pass Spain, the following has to happen: Bosnia beat San Marino (almost certain)
Spain doesn't win in Belgium (likely)
Serbia win at Lithuania (possible)
Bosnia win at Serbia (unlikely)
So they need to either win in Belgium or hope that Serbia doesn't lose at home to Bosnia in order to make the playoff.

The question is what do they do if they end up drawing England in the playoff?
What will I do? LMAO :D

If England can't beat Poland and Austria at home, then they'll probably have problems with Spain in the playoff! :D

I'm not laughing becaus i think Spain will necessarily lose. I'm laughing because if they do, this would be their biggest underachievement to date and if they don't, England, the country that is bragging about being able to win the cup with their best ever squad since 1966 won't even get there... ;)

It would not be easy anyway.
