Brownie points if they come from a 'respectable' team. Here's my list so far:
GK: Alan Fettis (N. Ireland)
LB: ???
CB: Jeff Agoos (USA)
CB: Frank Sinclair (Jamaica)
CB: Junior Biano (Brazil)
RB: ???
CM: Carlton Palmer (England)
CM: ???
CM: ???
STR: Andrea Silenzi (Italy)
STR: Steve Bull(sh_t) (England)
Can anyone fill in the gaps ?.

Veron of Argentina. Hell, the way he played Doctor Stamen could have done better!

Ginola has an increased ability to singlehandedly sink teams (notably France), he has to be on the starting line-up.

In right back it should be one of the Neville brothers.

Luther Blissett (England) - makes Steve Bull look like Ronaldo by comparison...
Chris Albright (USA) - even more amazing than the fact that he's been capped is the fact that he's actually scored an international goal.

I wouldn't go that far. I'm not exactly the best at sports Mr. Cam, believe me.
And yes Alan Fettis does deserve to be in, as he is the worst keeper to have played in the EPL, and that's including David James and Massimo Tiabi. Seamen doesn't really deserve to go in, as he was a great keeper for England over the years, but is crap now.

The best player on the pitch in their loss to Australia was Nicky Salapu, the American Samoa goalkeeper. Could have been 50 or more if not for him making some incredible saves. Believe it or not, that performance earned him a few trials with Australian pro clubs...

Together we now have got:
GK: Alan Fettis (N. Ireland)
LB: Tim De Cler (Holland ?)
CB: Jeff Agoos (USA)
CB: Frank Sinclair (Jamaica)
CB: Junior Biano (Brazil)
RB: Phil Neville (England)
CM: Carlton Palmer (England)
CM: David Ginola (France)
CM: ???
STR: Andrea Silenzi (Italy)
STR: Steve Bull(sh_t) (England)
That only leaves one midfield slot, unless there can be an even worse team made up.

Tim de Cler? Gimme a break.
Too bad John Veldman played RB. But I'm 100% sure he's worse than Phil Neville.

Phil has played LB for England before, so the team can change.

He's now at Elinkwijk, a Dutch amateur club (Marco Van Basten once played there if I'm not mistaken)
