I was going to call last night but it was late and you didn't need any of my insanity! And no work today thankfully!
Well just consider yourself warned-you must do the OT check in periodically so we know you guys are ok this weekend!
Wonder if you will have cable or satellite on Sat. to watch the match?
I'll be able to watch the 2nd half since the Arsenal U6 is playing at 215 tomorrow!

I tried giving you rep, but no dice. Is knowing that movie really something to be proud of? :D

I was being facetious, and I ********ing hate Toby Keith. As for Delaware being country, yes, I'm afraid that below the C&D canal is very country. There's a NASCAR track in Dover for crying out loud. However, northern Delaware is really just a southern suburb of Philadelphia, and as a result is much more like the rest of the Northeast. Around here, the colloquialism is "there's New Castle County, then's there's slower Delaware." Because of the tax/corporate laws, a lot of banks call Wilmington home, and as such there are a lot of wealthy people in New Castle County. Where I live in Newark is where the University of Delaware is, and it's pretty much like most college towns. Most of the students are from NY, NJ, PA, MD and of course DE. I kinda like being here as it's only 2 hours to NY, 2 hours to DC, an hour to Baltimore, and 40 minutes to Philly.
Wow... I spent about 3months on UD's campus last year visiting friends (in weekend which became half a week increments) and missing classes (at Lincoln Univ.). You are right about it being close to damn near everywhere and also spot on about parts of DE being country...
I know 3 delawarians who have at least one of the following.
"Git er Done" tatoos
"Git er Done" lighters
"Git er Done" license plates
or the confederate flag tatooed somewhere
they also talk like they're from texas (not that i've ever been there, i suppose I should just say they talk country)

Yeah, it's pretty sad. Although, at the same time, you can go to some very chic restaurants in Wilmington, and the people are quite erudite.

Dude Delaware is above the Mason Dixon Line.......have no idea why they would be sporting Confederate flag tats........and most folks in Delaware (Wilmington area and northern Delaware) have NO Texas twang. It is all nasally-trust me born there, but have lived in the actual South since I was 3. People in Delaware do not sound like they are from Texas....... ;) But there are a large # of Delaware hillbillies in Southern Delaware........
As for Toby Keith-one more crack out of you all about Toby and I'll put a boot in your a$$........ :p ;)

Rick told me all about it. I dunno if I'll be there (depends on money), but I'll sure try. Probably won't go to the game (eh, you've seen one game at Highbury, you've seen 'em all :D), but I at least gotta hang out with you freaks!
GP - who's all coming in Jan/Feb? I hadn't heard about this one. Come to Amsterdam - there's plenty of things to do to "kill time". :D
