Finding good and promise players.
Diferent from agents who offer players just to make business, the scouts only tell who you should be a good acquisition, it's like a soccer consultant.
What are you interested in?

I know what a scout is, what I don't know is who you think you should be scouting for. What are your credentials, why should someone trust you to scout for them. Coaches here in the US are a little more sophisticated than to just hire anybody to scout for them.
Scouting for whom? College coaches scout their own players for the most part as their budget doesn't allow much room to "hire" one. Anyway, a coach who is worth his salt at the college level knows how to spot the talent he needs.
You might want to contact your local USL team. Most of the coaches here are youth coaches. high school coaches, or college coaches and are not likely to need your services.
As for me, I am not interested in your services, I was trying to point out that you were being very vague in your questions.
By the way, do you think that american coaches are so bad that we need to hire someone else to tell us who is talented and who is not?

I'm might have not made myself clear.
I'm not saying that the coaches need someone to tell them who is good and who isn't. US is not know as a big scenario for great players, once in a while a good players comes on, different from brazil and argentina that every year develop new stars. For sure an american coach is not able to watch the U-17, U-15 or U-13 clubs games in brazil often, or is he able? How much do you think Robinho worth 4 years past?? U$ 100K!!!! This service focus is to find these good and great players before their price swell, or big teams do that first! Is know that almost every brazilian star comes from a poor family, and many of them would like to go to a american college study and play soccer, but I doesnt happen, 'cos there's no one there scouting them here.
I'm a young coach, who played soccer for years in brazil.

Makes sense now, good luck in finding a program or two to place talented players with. My suggestion would be to search here and on the school websites for contacts with NAIA schools. They have very few restrictions about importing students from other countries. The only help I could offer would be for the four or five local universities. The coaches here are picky for the most part about the players they bring in, but we do have a D1 program here that is only in it's fourth season at that level and they have brought in players from England, Ireland, and Poland already.
Let me know if you would like to be put into contact with them.
