Yeah, i'll bring it over. I have that much confidence in Peter Jackson, though. Actually, a mentor of mine who has hollywood connections got to see it in a viewing last week, he said it was immensly better than the 1st.

Best album of the year: Phrenology by the Roots. Any other picks are wrong and depressingly so. Nothing this good has come out in years.

Howie Day: Australia, or John Mayer: Room for Squares, or The Dave Matthews Band: Live at Folsom Field. Don't know if the first 2 came out in 2002 or not though.

I'm perennially late on musical purchases, but, for my money, The Soundtrack of Our Lives' Behind the Music is the cd for 2002.

I guess I should've phrased it better. You can put it in any format you want to - it's just that my picks are inevitably better than yours, that's all.

I love the Roots and while I'm not hating "Phrenology" like many folk it's certainly a let down from "Things Fall Apart". There are a couple really great songs definitely ("Water") but the rest is really mediocre. And the single, "Break You Off", is craaaaap.

Anyway, it was my favorite album I burned in 2002.
