i'm going to be an insurance geek right now.

State Farm and Allstate are getting sued for not covering flood. the lawyer says that the wind caused the storm surge which lead to the flooding. he has a point, but I don't think he'll win. here's an article, don't know if you have to log in to see it or not!

The reason that so many of the homes caught fire was because fire is covered and flood is not. I think some people actually set fire to their homes to get insurance money and from what I'm told it actually is kinda hard to prove arson.

And you wonder why things happened like they did? You need to step back sometime and try to see things from other perspectives.

Apologies to the rest of you - Steph, Ryan - I had no idea my Friday afternoon random posts in here would turn so crap and overly dramatic.

Take it easy, folks.

ryan, who played QB for Va Tech last year?
i heard after that first game vs USC, they only lost 2 games by like 3 points the rest of the season... (USC loss was only by a late TD or somesuch).
pretty impressive.

Bryan Randall. He was the ACC MVP. they lost to ephphn NC State at home by 1 point...USC was close until they opened it up in the second half. IIRC they had a favorable call by the zebras that helped them score the go-ahead TD.

EDIT: and we lost our bowl game, don't remember the score.

Yeah, we did it the other way around; craziness in Philly on Friday night - relaxing in Bethany Beach in DE on Sat & Sun.

we figured golfing before the craziness would be better because there is nothing worse then trying to get hungover/still drunk people out of bed to go play golf, so tonight will just be some beers and hanging around.

Just don't absent-mindedly scratch yourself. Not only is it painful, but you'll make the news for the wrong reason.

Not hook related but Chavdar Yankow (Hamburg 96) made the news for the wrong, and painfully, reason. Read more here (http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,91059-13437430,00.html). Poor bloke.

kind of the point of the OT thread Phishy but I imagine that I am pretty irrelevant in your life also so no need to reply.........
It does however beg the question as to why you would bother to respond to that particular post when we have been trying to coax you and cfc back here (individually of course), but now here you are being a meanie over absolutely nothing......I don't get it and I am pretty sure I don't want to!

*rant over*
Who has something cool to do this weekend?
