This was a great win but Real Madrid is probably one the easiest of the "big clubs" to beat. Beating Milan, Juve, Inter, Chelsea, ManU, Liverpool, Barca will be much much tougher. I wouldnt be too worried about Arsenal or any of the German teams.

Inter?
Man U?
Liverpool?

Those three don't worry me as much as Real Madrid quite frankly.

all three of those teams have (arguably) much more balanced squads. Real's defense is extremely lacking, and even with Materazzi at Inter, Silvestre at Utd, and well, liverpool has proven how well they can defend, they still muster up a more formidable shield than the one perez has bought.

Well, I'd still be willing to wager that Real has will advance further in this year's tourny than any of those teams. Trust me, I'm well aware of Real's problems, but 80 million euros in recruitment vs.... Peter Crouch.... and I'll take Real any day of the week.

i'm in new york (manhattan)... i watched the end of the man u game and seriously, i have no respect what so ever for rooney... he's such an idiot... i hope he claps in the face of a referee again so that he doesn't play for england in 2006 (that's if they qualify)... jk about him not playing again, but wouuldn't be surprised if we saw england out... i always like surprises...

a guy that looked real familiar walked in... i finally realized when others told me that it was Thirrey rolland (only the french know who he is... he's a sports announcer on TF1)...tout a fait thierry!

cool! did you get an autograph? actually he was an announcer, he's retired now i think, he doesn't do PbP or téléfoot either. but what a guy to watch a match with! in front of a big screen in manhattan with thierry rolland... the next best thing to being there!

COMPLETELY and totally off topic....but since this thread has been side-tracked anyway....

You have to listen to the Jose Mourinho impersonation on this page. HILARIOUS!
