But that would put those who can't watch their matches at a severe disadvantage.
Pulled a respectable bowler and listed him at 5k. Should make a killing off this and be completely secure financially.
1. No... it would give those who put more time into the game a distinct advantage, and I don't see too much wrong with that.
2. Good job. Now to pull my respectable bat/bowler. :D

Finished with 329-8 after 50 overs, not bad for a TIE :)
I doubt my opponent gets more than 200
I set a target of 342-2.
Using one of the new bowling orders i have gotten four wickets through 10 overs and he is batting an anemic 3.42

I'm tempted to... and just might... for the first time bowl my 1 and 2 together... perhaps w/ one or both of them on attacking orders...

I am trying "sets of 5" or whatever it's called and my opponent is hanging in there
He was at 65-3, now he is 162-3, so I would like to break up this partnership.
My man Fish, who always gets wickets, has none today -- so maybe he doesn't like these new orders!!

I'm giving sets of five a whirl too... also bowling 1 and 2 bowlers at 1 and 2.
We've kept them relatively quite at 4 runs an over.. but after 8 overs we've only taken 1 wicket.

how do my two players who popped this week reward me? well, my strong better falls for like 4 runs and the other guy who had a stamina pop falls for 1.
freaking sweet.

I forgot when my match was, and it turns out I won. Against another bot. With only two batsmen. Now I'm in third, so the top three in my series are the only non-bots.

Fish comes back and in his second 5 over spell gets three wickets :)
207-7 now.

I was just about to get worried when they were going along at 4.6 RR after 15 overs but then Calcutt went and bowled a wicket maiden so its now
End of Over 16: 70-2, runrate=4.38
and as a result they've been pegged back... next over is gave up just 2 runs.

236 all out, I win by 93 runs.
Nice win for a TIE, I am not happy with the 5 over rotation thing, so I am switching back to the default for Sunday, I am considering GFI for my cup match. What the hell, eh?

nice result... I'm not decided on what I feel w/ these instructions... I'm TIEing and I'm keeping them down to around 4.3 runs per over but the last 15 overs will be the proof of this tactic.

I was pleased with my 4&5 last orders. It worked well because my 1-3 are really quite good.

well.. I swap around my bowlers to suit the orders that I use... on occasion I'll gamble.. but generally I want a wicket taker early... a stingy bolwer during the middle overs and my best bowler available to bowl the last few overs.
What we need is an option to change the order if certain things occur.
example, once a team loses wicket no. 6 the top bowler should come in and bowl out the rest of his overs.
or if team is approaching run target, bowlers 1&2 start to bowl...
for batting...
if close to targe w/ lots of overs left batsmen bat more carefully.
if far from target w/ lots of wickets left batsmen bat more aggressively.
if setting target and wickets in hand, batsmen bat aggressively from over 38 onwards.
stuff like that I'd like to add.
back to the game... still going steady... got them right where I want them..
End of Over 32: 136-3, runrate=4.25

So maybe I like the orders...
they go from a position where they could make a decent total at 179/3 after 40 overs to 182/6 after 42 overs :D

These orders are hereby known as the get the no.1 bowler the MOTM prize...
End of Over 49: 229-10, runrate=4.67
Love 10-0-51-6
a bit expensive, but I'll trade that economy rate for 6 wickets every time... that's an 8.5 average and a 10.0 strike rate
