Just sold my YP who had feeble batting w/ competent concentration and respectable fielding for 80,000 now he had a high BTR so I was expecting he'd pop soon but did not dream about getting 80k for him.

can some explain the new bowling orders for me? And when I went to my orders page I didn't see anything new - am I missing something?

In the bottom right corner you will see the bowling orders drop down menu, you will see "default" -- if you click on the link to the right of it a pop up window shows up and shows you the order in which your bowlers #1-#5 will bowl.
Now go back to the drop down menu, choose one of the new orders, they are the bottom two on the list, once you have selected one of them, then click the link on the right of the drop down menu again. Now the pop up window opens with the new set of orders for the 5 bowlers and what order they will bowl in.
Make sense? Make sure you have any pop up blockers turned off!

Essentially you finish the 50 overs with bowlers 4 & 5 bowling. Most people I assume would use this strategy if they are tryng to use their top three bowlers to bowl someone out early.
Using their best bowlers 1-3 in this way means you are not holding onto them until the end as happens in the default orders.
Downside, could be risky, if your bowlers 1-3 don't get the opposing team out, bowlers 4 & 5 face the higher scoring end of innings, run rate chase and could get hammered all over the place.
This is all assuming your best bowlers are 1-3 and bowlers 4 & 5 are not ...

As MtKill indicated this may well be useful for teams with low stamina in their bowlers as it gives them a rest every 5 overs and allows a slight recovery before bowling again -- that was indicated in a recent IRC with developer Allan.
But it is only a slight recovery and to what extent that helps, nobody knows. I would be hesitant to abandon stamina training all together. After all batsmen need stamina too.
I can see new teams using this and I can see teams who may feel outmatched trying this against teams with a stronger batting line up as you should fare better from the bowling side. I am not sure what the negatives are with this strategy other than ensuring bowlers #1 and 5 are damn good as they will face the run chase at the end.

I really wish they'd allow real time adjustments... or failing that custom orders before the match.
As it is... I use default but I have my best bowler bowling in the 4slot w/ my 2nd best in the 2 slot and my most consistent w/ most stamina in 3rd w/ my weakest bowler getting 5th. This allows for me to go for wickets early, keep it tight during the middle overs w/ no. 3 and then finish strong w/ 1 and 2 and have a wicket threat late on in games. I'm going to be switching to the 5overs each thingy though...
bowler no. 5 won't be stellar but he'll be set to defensive and I'll have my best bowler bowl at 3... that way I should have wicket threats at the start, early on and late... the middle will be a bit weak but w/ 5 over increments it should not be too bad.

I am gonna try the 5 over increments tomorrow, I have a relatively easy game.
I have a tough tough cup match on Sunday and may throw that order in then too, just to shake things up and give the BT Match engine too much to think about and givng me the win :)

But that would put those who can't watch their matches at a severe disadvantage.
Pulled a respectable bowler and listed him at 5k. Should make a killing off this and be completely secure financially.

Won last night by 37 runs. Not as much as I was expecting to win by. I almost TIE but then realized my next three matches were all TIE so I figured I could play this one normal and boy am I glad I did.
Second and third place teams are still just four points behind me (both have only lost to me) but they play each other next week so I should open up an 8 pt lead on someone.

Finished with 329-8 after 50 overs, not bad for a TIE :)
I doubt my opponent gets more than 200
