Right now I have five injuries:

31yo injured 3 weeks
23yo injured 1 week
24yo injured 2 weeks
22yo injured 1 week
17yo injured 1 week (one of my trainees).

It was suggested that I get about 8 doctors, but I can't really afford it as I'm $110k in debt and losing 6k/week as is (though I just invested in spokespersons so hopefully this will help; otherwise I'm going to have to sell off my one excellent trainee in order to get back in the black).

How much help will the doctors really be, and are they really worth going deeper into debt? What happens if I don't get doctors?

The old guy will have a tough time coming back from that injury without any doctors. Getting docs will decrease the time for the other four.

So three weeks doesn't actually mean three weeks then?

Exactly, The same way that it would take a very long time for a 31 year old player to train another level it takes them longer to heal.

Doctors decrease the amount of time it takes to heal an injury. Doctors are usually used to get a player back on the field quicker. A lot of managers will sell off older guys who get injured, 24 to 28 year olds, and heal hteir trainees.

I do not believe you can afford the docs required to heal the 31 yr old player as he will turn 32 in a few days.

I would get rid of him.
