I don't know how it could compare to the bottle opener that I'm bringing to him that calls the Hogs and plays the fight song each time you open a beer. (Why do I have a feeling this will get thrown at me after about 6 rounds at Rick's flat?)
Why do I get the feeling my wardrobe and peronal effects are going to have a whole new look after this trip!!!! :D
I think Im taking the following week off work - I'll be in need of a rest!! :p
I am really looking forward to it though, it will be a great laugh.

Cheers. I've passed it allong to my mate. Even though he's a Blackeye Rovrs fan he still deserve to see some decent footie (not that it'll be playede by his team). Some rep should be on it's way but once again the mighty BS system doesn't agree with me.

have a great rest-of-b-day cam.
I'm off to the Open to see Agassi v. Blake...does it really matter who wins this one? I think not. (but I secretly want AA to win)

My guess is option 2 especially if our friend Rick has anything to say about it.
Tell me about it, bloody Swede shouldn't of got the job anyway. No passion or heart for England, was never going to work long term.

I've got a busted muffler on my Truck. Frickin pain in the ass! The dealer said he had to replace the whole thing, for $1100 bucks! I laughed in his face. I've been researching aftermarket exhausts and there are very few options, and all of them are expensive ($600+). I think i've finally decided just to take it to Midas, they have some performance mufflers (Magnaflow) so hopefully i'll be able to disturb the neighbors and not have to spend more than $250. I hate dealing with stupid crap like this.

Plus you get a lifetime warranty. And they honor it. Back in '93 I bought a used Maxima. The previous owner was an Air Force pilot and very anal retentive. He had the muffler replaced 2 years before I bought it, and the receipt and warranty were in the glovebox. In '97 the muffler literally FELL OFF. I took it to a Midas, showed them my paperwork, and an hour later I had an all new muffler, installed, free of charge.
I made a vow never to go elsewhere again. Of course, if I need muffler work now it will be a bundle because my car still has the factory dual exhaust and I'll have to replace both of them.
I am praying the mufflers hold until the first of next year so I can pawn the future need for mufflers off on the next guy... :D

also Cary is between Research Triangle Park and Raleigh and basically they all 3 run together. So if he can't find one in Cary, I think there are some pubs in downtown Raleigh that I've seen posted before showing matches. Cary is THE town down there...very safe, very clean, very new, and lots of people from the new england region of the us (the ones WE refer to as Yankees) and lots of new money.

I used to love Agassi-don't really follow tennis that much anymore. Wish I did. I watch the finals of most of the tournaments but my tennis era was before they had supermodels playing-more the Sampras/Chang/Courier/Agassi/ Seles/Graf time period....

Hey folks. The guard at the door wouldn't let me in at first. Something about not being a regular... :p
Took advantage of the off week to actually do work. (Don't fret, I'm seeing a shrink about that.) Figured the IT manager would appreciate one less PC constantly locked to the web.
So what'd I miss?
