Watched Sin City last night. Pretty good flick and Alba was great!
After a sad Saturday (Arsenal loss and Texas beating Ohio St.) Sunday turned out better with the Cowboys picking up a W against SD and the Fins actually won a game!!!

I'm used to it though. I have grown up on Cowboys football. Used to go to Dallas every summer to visit my grandparents and got the new team poster and as much junk as was allowed. Been with them through thick and thin (1-15 season :eek: ).

Well while the actual Arsenal was losing on Saturday-Joshua's Arsenal was making their stunning debut with a 6-5 win over the Cobras in the very talented U6 boys league.........
Dawgs win but closer than I would have liked (and who the HELL makes the point spreads-I don't think we have ever covered a spread like that-17 points against the EVIL one himself? Right! :rolleyes: )
Hoping for a 1st time Falcons Monday Night Football win tonight though! :D

Look on the bright side, after TO gets his 3rd touchdown tonight, your boys can rest Vick for the next game and you can keep hoping for a MNF win in week 7. :p

Personally I'm hoping TO will contract the Ebola virus and leprosy(sp?), but I'm not holding my breath there. *sigh*
Hey, Red. Didja go to the game? My coworker was there and I kept calling him up in the fourth quarter. Each time he answered it was an even louder gasp of "Aaaaaaagh!" I was schocked he showed up with his hair intact today!

Cannon-my parents grew up as Philly fans and until we moved to Georgia, I cheered for Philly too, but I am firm believer in supporting your local team too. It is with a heavy heart that I want the Falcons to win tonight........
I was happy last year because 1 of my "birds" was going to go the Super Bowl....... ;)

Sadly, not this time. Once we started spending $ for the London trip, the funds just were not available to fly....... I am sure I'll be up there before May tho so we can plan a visit to the Darkhorse then......'k? :D

I once read this funny article on the complicated "rules" of fandom with people and teams changing cities. They covered topics such as what to do when your old team folds, you move permanently to a new city, should you get your kids to follow the local team even if you follow another from where you grew up, what to do when your spouse follows a hated rival, etc. Funny read.
Not sure, they'd approve of your...ahem, conversion. Couldn't you at least claim to have just found ancestors from Georgia? ;)
