what are the differences between rugby and football boots?

Heavier, bulkier and not nice to play footy in, trust me! I play rugby and i try and steer clear of them and buy footy boots, do not get these to play footy in!!!!

For rugby they're sweet but footy, big no no

If you look at the stitching you can see around the bottom where the boots are much thicker than soccer cleats, as well as the center of the boot, more protection i guess, but just look at the stitching...

They are opening a rugby shop www.prodirectrugby.com, but it seems they have stuck some of the rugby boots in with the footy stuff before it launches.

They are generally gonna be more robust due to the demands of the game, and less need for touch etc. If you look at rugby kickers they will always wear football boots...

You can check out the rugbyfied Kings under the Puma section!
