Who do you think the best Scandinavian team is?
I would go with Denmark after I saw their game against England

Check my UEFA stats on sweden. They are the highest scoring team per match in the UEFA WC 2006 Q. Scoring 3.71 goals a match.

I think if you ask most danes, swedes and norwegians they would say that finns aren't really scandinavian. Finns have about as much in common with the other three as they have with China.

It is not clear if you mean their power today ot in history of football. Anyway, I think Sweden is number one in both situations. They are in best situation among Scandinavians to qualify to WC 2006, they are the only Scandinavian team to rach World Cup final in history.
Danish dynamite brought some classic performances in WC 1986 but it didnt give them medal. Euro 1992 victory was the reason for which I had to think twice before I chose Sweden.
Norway is definitely below those two, WC 1994 Quals was only moment when they could be best Scandinavian side.
Finland is probably less Scandinavian than Iceland and Faroe Islands but none of them can be taken into account.

the finnish language and people are more related to Hungarians/czechs or even russian , but they're geografically scandinavian.

What about the Faroe Islands? :DIndeed, where are Iceland and the "Far Away" Islands ? ;)
Anyway, it's clearly Sweden. They are really impressive in those qualifyers.

i think the faroe islands shouldnt even have a national team in the first place, they're part of the kingdom of denmark and danish is spoken there too.

No .... Faroe Islands inaugral competitive match was against Austria. I think it was during the Euro 92 qualifying campaign. Anyhow, Austria was expected to hit double figures but somehow the Faroe Islands won the game 1-0  . It was a total embarassment obviously. This was back when Austria was a quality side in Europe and according to many Austrian football fans, this result sort of initiated a landslide for Austrian football.

Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden is Scandinavia. China is a poor country in Asia.
